What to expect

After the initial enquiry, Susan will make arrangements with you for an assessment session.

The assessment session is an opportunity to discuss, in more detail, the issues that are concerning you and to ask any questions you might have about the process of psychotherapy/counselling.

Together, you will then decide, whether regular sessions might be of help to you.

You will agree a time and day for your sessions. Each session is an hour long and is normally on a weekly basis, although more frequent sessions may be possible where appropriate.

Cancellation policy

Your agreed slot will be held for you each week and regular attendance is important in order to get the most out of therapy.

If you are not able to attend your session please give at least seven days notice of any cancellation. If less than seven days notice is given then all missed/cancelled appointments will be charged at the full fee.
